Hāpūpū / JM Barker National Historic Reserve is one of four national reserves in New Zealand. The reserve is located close to Hanson Bay at the north-eastern end of Chatham Island, the main island of the Chatham Islands, and was created in 1979 following a gift of land from a local business.
