Lo describió como "una serie de torneos con un fondo de bonificación de dinero que se dividiría sobre la base de un sistema de puntos acumulativo". Esto alentaría a los mejores jugadores a competir regularmente en la serie, de modo que pudieran calificar para un torneo especial de campeonato que culminaría el año .
