- The Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht ("Utrecht Early Music Festival") is an annual music festival that showcases and celebrates early European art music. The ten-day festival takes place in the Dutch city of Utrecht, and begins in August. The programme includes concerts, activities, lectures, exhibitions, and a symposium. The primary venue is TivoliVredenburg, which opened in 2014. TivoliVredenburg is on the former site of an earlier music venue, Muziekcentrum Vredenburg. The Muziekcentrum was the festival's primary venue until it was demolished in 2008, to allow for new construction. The main concert hall of the Muziekcentrum was subsumed into the TivoliVredenburg. Each year, the festival's organisers adopt a theme, which focuses on a particular place, time, and style in early music. The theme shapes not only the style and musical repertoire of the performances, but also the period instruments used. (en)

- Het Festival Oude Muziek Utrecht is een tiendaags muziekfestival te Utrecht, jaarlijks georganiseerd vanaf eind augustus tot begin september. Het eerste festival werd in 1982 georganiseerd. De concerten vinden plaats op tal van historische locaties in de Utrechtse binnenstad, met name de middeleeuwse kerken; en ook, sinds de heropening in TivoliVredenburg. Het festival richt zich op uitvoeringen door musici gespecialiseerd in de uitvoering van oude muziek (repertoire van Middeleeuwen tot grofweg 1750, uitgevoerd op historische instrumenten). Onder de vorige directeur, Jan Van den Bossche, vond een voorzichtige verbreding plaats naar later en zelfs hedendaags repertoire en modern instrumentarium; met het aantreden van Xavier Vandamme in 2009 keerde het festival terug naar de oorspronkelijke uitgangspunten. Sinds 1986 organiseert de Organisatie Oude Muziek naast het festival ook het Seizoen Oude Muziek, een serie concerten door het jaar heen in geheel Nederland en tegenwoordig ook daarbuiten. (nl)

С 2005 года концертные программы имеют тематическую привязку, обобщённую в едином заглавии фестиваля. В рамках фестиваля с 1986 года нерегулярно проводится международный музыковедческий симпозиум. Один из последних симпозиумов «Editing the Past» (2018) был посвящён проблеме современного редактирования старинной музыки.
