- The Eurovision Young Musicians 1992 was the sixth edition of the Eurovision Young Musicians, held at Cirque Royal in Brussels, Belgium on 9 June 1992. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF), musicians from eight countries participated in the televised final. A total of thirteen countries took part in the competition. All participants performed a classical piece of their choice accompanied by the Belgian National Orchestra, conducted by Ronald Zollman. Hungary and Poland made their début, while France, Greece, previous winners Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden withdrew from the 1992 contest. It was one of three contests where the winning country of the previous edition didn’t return to defend their title (the other instances being Germany withdrawing from the 1998 contest after winning in 1996, and Russia withdrawing from the 2020 contest after winning in 2018). The non-qualified countries were Cyprus, Germany, Hungary, Switzerland and Yugoslavia. Bartłomiej Nizioł of Poland won the contest, with Spain and Belgium placing second and third respectively. It marked the first time any country had won on their first participation in any Eurovision event since Switzerland's victory at the first Eurovision Song Contest in 1956, and has not been repeated since. Technically, it would also mark the only time a country won a Eurovision event without their broadcaster being a full member of the EBU, as the Polish broadcaster (TVP) wouldn't formally join the EBU until the following year. The contest also marked the last participation of Yugoslavia in the contest. By the time of the contest, United Nations Security Council Resolution 757 (adopted 30 May 1992) had already placed sanctions on FR Yugoslavia, which included a ban on its participation in international contests and cultural events. Therefore, this was the last participation of Yugoslavia at any Eurovision event. (en)

Es war erst Polens erste Teilnahme am Wettbewerb, so dass dies der schnellste Sieg nach einer Teilnahme seit der ersten Ausgabe 1982 war. Auf Platz 2 dagegen landete der spanische Mundharmonikaspieler Antonio Serrano, während auf Platz 3 die belgische Cellistin Marie Hallynck landete. (de)

Des jeunes musiciens de 8 pays participèrent à la finale télévisée de cette édition. Ils furent tous accompagnés par l'orchestre national de Belgique, sous la direction de . Pour sa première participation, la Pologne remporte le titre avec un concerto pour violon joué par Bartolomiej Niziol. L'harmoniciste espagnol Antonio Serrano termine à la seconde place et la violoncelliste belge Marie Hallynck complète le podium. (fr)
- La VI edición del Festival de Eurovisión de Jóvenes Músicos se celebró en el de Bruselas (Bélgica) el 9 de junio de 1992. La dirigida por Ronald Zollman fue la orquesta encargada de acompañar a los 8 participantes en esta edición. Esta es la primera y única edición hasta el momento en la que participa España, pese a que en su debut consiguió un estupendo segundo puesto. Curiosamente los dos países que debutaban en esta edición consiguieron los dos mejores puestos de la clasificación, siendo la ganadora Polonia con tocando el violín y quedando en segunda posición España con Antonio Serrano tocando la armónica. Estos dos países participaban por primera vez en este certamen. (es)

Het optreden van de Poolse violist Bartłomiej Nizioł met het stuk vioolconcert in D-majeur, Op. 77 van Johannes Brahms werd uiteindelijk door de jury als beste beoordeeld. Polen deed dit jaar voor het eerst mee en won direct. Alle deelnemers werden begeleid door het Nationaal Orkest van België onder leiding van . De beste drie nummers werden door een jury bepaald. (nl)
- Евровидение для молодых музыкантов 1992 (англ. Eurovision Young Musicians 1992) — шестой конкурс молодых музыкантов «Евровидение», который прошёл в Бельгии в 1992 году. Финал конкурса состоялся 9 июня 1992 года на арене в Брюсселе. Победу на конкурсе одержал участник из Польшы , играющий на скрипке. Музыканты из Испании и Норвегии заняли второе и третье место соответственно. Организаторами конкурса выступили Телерадиокомпания французского сообщества Бельгии и Европейский вещательный союз. В конкурсе приняли участие молодые музыканты в возрасте до 19 лет из 11 стран Европы. На конкурсе дебютировали Польша и СР Югославия.
