Il titolo è una frase in lingua singalese (ඒලියෝ සමඟ හුකපං කැරියන තුරු – Ēliyō samaⁿɣa hukapaṁ kæriyana turu) che significa letteralmente: Fotti con Elio fino a sborrare. In un'intervista Rocco Tanica svela che la band voleva dare al disco un titolo incomprensibile, ma che una volta tradotto suscitasse una grande emozione, chiesero così a dei loro amici srilankesi la cosa più volgare che gli venisse in mente, e nonostante nella lingua singalese le parolacce non esistano, se ne uscirono con questa frase, che a dire il vero può avere più di una traduzione.
