Richard Healey (20 September 1889 – 1974) was an English footballer who played as an inside right or centre forward in the Football League for Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Darlington. Healey began his football career as an amateur in his native Darlington. He helped Bishop Auckland win two Northern League titles and to reach the 1911 Amateur Cup Final, and also played non-league football for Stockton. He signed amateur forms with Football League club Sunderland in 1910, for whom he played three times and scored twice in the First Division. He won four caps for the England amateur team.
