- Deux Mamelles [dö mamell], Colines des Mamelles nebo jen krátce Mamelles, je dvojice kopců v , což je předměstí Dakaru; leží v Senegalu na Zeleném mysu. Kopce jsou sopečného původu a tvoří je pozůstatky náhorní plošiny z počátku čtvrtohor. Jejich vrcholy mají nadmořskou výšku pouze 99 m a 105 m, výrazně však převyšují okolní rovinu. Název kopců pochází z jejich tvaru – „mamelle“ znamená ve francouzštině „prs“. Na kopci stojícím blíž k mořskému pobřeží se nachází maják , na kopci směrem do vnitrozemí byl v roce 2010 odhalen Monument znovuzrození Afriky. (cs)
- Deux Mamelles, Collines des Mamelles, or simply Mamelles are twin hills located in Ouakam, a suburban commune of Dakar, in the Cap-Vert peninsula, Senegal. These hills are of volcanic origin and they are the vestiges of a plateau from the early Quaternary. The highest hill is only 105 metres (344 ft) high, but they stand out in the landscape owing to the flat surroundings. The name of these breast-shaped hills comes from the French term “Mamelle”, a name commonly applied in the French-speaking parts of the world to a breast. On the seaward hill stands a lighthouse, the Phare des Mamelles, while on the hill further ashore the African Renaissance Monument was erected and unveiled in 2010. (en)

De heuvels zijn van vulkanische oorsprong en ze zijn de overblijfselen van een plateau uit het vroege Kwartair. De hoogste heuvel is slechts 105 meter hoog, maar door de vlakke omgeving springen ze in het oog. De naam van deze heuvels komt van de Franse woord “mamelle”, een informele naam voor borst. Op de heuvel aan de zee staat een vuurtoren, de Phare des Mamelles, terwijl op de andere heuvel het Monument voor de Afrikaanse Wedergeboorte werd opgericht en onthuld in 2010. (nl)
