- علامة دارييه (بالإنجليزية: Darier's sign) هيَ تغير مَلحوظ بَعد لَمس إحدى آفات الجلد لدى شَخص مُصاب بكثرة الخلايا البدينة أو بالشرى الصباغي. بشكلٍ عام يوجد في الجِلد تورم وحكة وحُمَامَى، وهذا يؤدي إلى الضغط على الخلايا الصارية والتي يكون لديها فَرط نشاط في هذا المرض، فتقوم الخلايا الصارية بإطلاق الحبيبات الالتهابية والتي تحتوي على الهستامين المسؤول عن الاستجابة التي تحدث بعد فرك آفة الجلد. - Darier's sign is a change observed after stroking lesions on the skin of a person with systemic mastocytosis or urticaria pigmentosa. In general, the skin becomes swollen, itchy and red. This is a result of compression of mast cells, which are hyperactive in these diseases. These mast cells release inflammatory granules which contain histamine. It is the histamine which is responsible for the response seen after rubbing the lesional skin. (en)
- Unter einem positiven Darier-Zeichen versteht man, dass man durch mechanisches Reiben an einer Läsion die Bildung einer Quaddel auslösen kann. Dieser einfache klinische Test ist pathognomonisch für Mastozytosen, beispielsweise bei Urticaria pigmentosa. Auch beim Mastzelltumor des Hundes kann das Darier-Zeichen positiv ausfallen. (de)

- Le signe de Darier est typiquement observé lors du frottement d'une lésion cutanée suspecte de mastocytose. Celui-ci provoque l'apparition rapide d'un érythème (rougeur), d'un œdème (gonflement) localisé et parfois d'un prurit (démangeaison). Il a été décrit la première fois par Ferdinand-Jean Darier en 1909, dans l'urticaire pigmentaire (l'une des formes cliniques les plus fréquentes de mastocytose). Le frottement de ces lésions provoque une libération d'histamine par les mastocytes de la peau, qui entraîne la turgescence de la lésion, une vasodilatation, voire l'apparition d'une bulle.Ce signe pathognomonique de la mastocytose cutanée ne doit pas être confondu avec :- le dermographisme, qui est une urticaire à la friction.- le pseudo-signe de Darier consistant en une contraction des muscles pilo-érecteurs lors de certains hamartomes de muscles lisses. - Het teken van Darier is een verschijnsel aan de huid. Enkele minuten na stevig wrijven over de huid ontstaat ter plekke een galbult: een rode, gezwollen papel. Dit gebeurt als er te veel mestcellen in de huid aanwezig zijn, dus bij systemische mastocytose en urticaria pigmentosa. Bij urticaria pigmentosa zijn de mestcellen gelokaliseerd in de bruine vlekjes die de aandoening kenmerken, en alleen daar is het teken positief. (nl)
