- Curtis Michael Leschyshyn (born September 21, 1969) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. Leschyshyn played 1,033 games in the National Hockey League. He is the only NHL player to have played for two relocated franchises, both before and after relocation, the Nordiques/Avalanche and the Whalers/Hurricanes. Since he was drafted and played for the Wild in their inaugural season, he is the only NHL player to have played for three new teams in their inaugural season in the league (2 relocated teams and 1 expansion team). In addition, he also played for the two national capital city franchises in the NHL, the Capitals and the Senators. (en)

- Curtis Michael Leschyshyn, född 21 september 1969, är en kanadensisk ishockeytränare och före detta professionell ishockeyspelare som tränar Saskatoon Blazers i (SMAAAHL). Han draftades i första rundan i års draft av Quebec Nordiques som tredje spelare totalt. Leschyshyn tillbringade 17 säsonger i den nordamerikanska ishockeyligan National Hockey League (NHL), där han spelade för ishockeyorganisationerna Quebec Nordiques, Colorado Avalanche, Montreal Canadiens, Washington Capitals, Hartford Whalers, Carolina Hurricanes, Minnesota Wild och Ottawa Senators. Han producerade 212 poäng (47 mål och 165 assists) samt drog på sig 669 utvisningsminuter på 1 033 grundspelsmatcher. Han spelade också på lägre nivåer för i American Hockey League (AHL) och Saskatoon Blades i Western Hockey League (WHL). Han vann Stanley Cup med Colorado Avalanche för säsong 1995-1996.
