- الثقافة المالية هي الثقافة المشتركة للشعب المالي والتي أتت نتيجة تفاعل السياسات الإستعماري ومابعد الإستعمار مع الثقافات المتعددة التي يمثلها الخليط المتنوع المكون للشعب المالي، فدولة مالي الحالية هب نتيجة الاتحاد الذي حصل في العصور الوسطى فيما عرف بإمالإمبراطورية المالية، تغيرت جغلافية البلاد الحالية مقارنة مع مساحة الإمبراطورية الأساسية إذ أنها خسرت بعض المساحات في الجنوب وتوسعت من ناحية الشمال والشمال الشرقي، إلا أن مجمع شعوب مالي تأثرت بتقافة وبحضارة الإمبراطورية التي سميت تيمنا بها. نجد في الشرق وجود كثيف لشعوب بينما استحضر الشعب الفولي، الذي كان أساسا من الرحل، مناطق متلفة من البلاد. أما في الشمال، فسكنها شعوب رحل من الطوارق . التفاعل بين هذه المجموعات، بالإضافة العشرات من الإثنيات الأقل عددا، شكلت الثقافة المالية التي اتسمت بالخليط والتوليفات التي أنتجت خليط من التقاليد المالية. - The culture of Mali derives from the shared experience, as a colonial and post-colonial polity, and the interaction of the numerous cultures which make up the Malian people. What is today the nation of Mali was united first in the medieval period as the Mali Empire. While the current state does not include areas in the southwest, and is expanded far to the east and northeast, the dominant roles of the Mandé people is shared by the modern Mali, and the empire from which its name originates from. Songhay, Bozo, and Dogon people predominate, while the Fula people, formerly nomadic, have settled in patches across the nation. Tuareg and Maure people continue a largely nomadic desert culture, across the north of the nation. The interaction of these communities (along with dozens of other smaller ethnicities) have created a Malian culture, marked by heterogeneity, as well as syntheses where these traditions intermix (en)
- La cultura de Malí tiene connotaciones particulares: aunque aproximadamente el 90% de los malianos son sunitas, no han excluido a los animistas, creencia y práctica religiosa tradicional. Los cristianos son cerca del 1% de la población, porque durante la época colonial los franceses enviaron misioneros. Se hablan varias lenguas, bambara, peul, senufo, soninké, songhai y dogón, además del francés que es el idioma oficial. (es)

La multitude d'ethnies et l’héritage historique en font une culture riche et diversifiée, conservant à la fois ses traditions comme l’oralité avec les griots ou l’artisanat et s’ouvrant, depuis son indépendance, à la littérature, au théâtre, au cinéma et à la photographie.
