| - Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is the second solo album by American country singer Miranda Lambert. The album was released on May 1, 2007 on Columbia Records Nashville. Following its release, the album debuted at number six on the U.S. Billboard 200, selling about 53,000 copies in its first week. As of October 18, 2008 the album has sold 584,694 copies in the U.S and has been certified Gold by the RIAA. This album was #26 on Rolling Stone's list of the Top 50 Albums of 2007. The title track was #28 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2007.As of 2008, three singles have been released from the album, all three of which have entered the Hot Country Songs charts. The title track peaked at #50, while "Famous in a Small Town" reached #14. This song was followed by "Gunpowder & Lead", which entered Top Ten on the country charts in July 2008, giving Lambert her highest-charting single. "More Like Her" was released as the fourth single on September 1, 2008. A week before the single's release it debuted at #54 on the country charts.At the 2008 Academy of Country Music awards, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend won the Album of the Year award. (en)
