- CFE Tax Advisers Europe, formally known as Confédération Fiscale Européenne (CFE), is a Brussels-based umbrella association of European tax advisers. It was founded in 1959, CFE brings together members from 30 national tax adviser organisations in 24 European countries, representing more than 200,000 tax advisers. CFE strives to contribute to the co-ordination and development of tax law in Europe by sharing the unique insight of our members with European institutions, and to promote the co-ordination of national laws that govern and safeguard the tax adviser profession. - De Confédération Fiscale Européenne (CFE) is een in Brussel gevestigde overkoepelende vereniging van Europese belastingadviseurs die de leden verenigt van 30 nationale belastingadviseursorganisaties in 24 Europese landen, vertegenwoordigende meer dan 200.000 belastingadviseurs. Het Register Belastingadviseurs en de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs waren beide in 1959 medeoprichter en zijn er heden ten dage nog steeds actief lid van. CFE streeft ernaar bij te dragen aan de coördinatie en ontwikkeling van het belastingrecht in Europa door de unieke inzichten van de leden te delen met Europese instellingen, en om de coördinatie te bevorderen van de nationale wetten die het beroep van belastingadviseur regelen en beschermen. Het CFE is lid of anderszins verbonden aan de volgende fiscale platforms:
