Dr Charles R. Rizza FRCPEd (born 1930) is a British consultant physician, specialising in haematology. In 2017 Rizza was criticised for his role in the Contaminated Blood Scandal in documents which appeared to advocate viral infectivity trials in humans rather than chimps.
