- تتكون الحكومة المغربية من وزراء الائتلاف المكون للأغلبية ورئيس الحكومة من الحزب القائد، وهي مسؤولة أمام البرلمان، فبعد تعيين أعضاء الحكومة من قبل الملك عبر اقتراح من رئيسها يقف رئيس الحكومة أمام غرفتي البرلمان لعرض برنامج حكومته، الذي يرسم فيه الخطوط الموجهة، لعمل فريق حكومته، التي يعتزمون تنفيذها في مختلف القطاعات الوطنية، وبشكل خاص في المجالات التي تهم السياسة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والخارجية للبلاد.ويُشكل هذا البرنامج موضوع نقاش بمجلس النواب ومجلس المستشارين، يعقبه تصويت عليه لقبوله أو رفضه.وتحت مسؤولية رئيس الوزراء (الوزير الأول سابقا)، فإن الحكومة، تعمل على تنفيذ القوانين، والإشراف على التدابير والقرارات الإدارية. فالمغرب باعتباره حاضنة تاريخ عريق وملتقى للتأثيرات الفكرية والسياسية، يعرف حركة دائبة منذ بداية القرن العشرين، مما مكنه من مراكمة ثروة حضارية وثقافية، كانت سببا وموجها لإحداث العديد من التحولات. ومنذ عدة سنوات يعيش المغرب انتقالا سياسيا مزدوجا، تمثل في مستوى أول في وصول المعارضة السياسية إلى السلطة في مارس 1998، وما ترتب عن ذلك من امتدادات سياسية همت تعيين حكومة تراضي برئاسة المعارض الاشتراكي عبد الرحمن اليوسفي. إضافة إلى التحولات التي همت قسما كبيرا من المشهد السياسي المغربي، وشملت القوانين والإجراءات الانتخابية التي أفرزت حكومة آنذاك برئاسة الوزير الأول إدريس جطو، أما المستوى الثاني من هذه التحولات، فتمثل في تسلم جلالة الملك محمد السادس لزمام الملك خلفا لوالده المفغور له الملك الحسن الثاني في 1999. وتعتبر الحكومة التي عينها الملك محمد السادس في شهر أكتوبر 2002، الثامنة والعشرون منذ حكومة مبارك البكاي التي تأسست عشية استقلال البلاد في 1955، كما أعيد تعيين مبارك البكاي على رأس حكومة ثانية في 26 أكتوبر 1956. - The Cabinet of Morocco is the chief executive body of the Kingdom of Morocco. The Cabinet is usually composed of some 25 ministers and 5 to 10 "Secretaries of State" and "Minister Delegates". It is headed by the Prime Minister (officially Head of the Government since August 2011), who is appointed by the King of Morocco from the party that achieved a plurality in the parliamentary elections. The Cabinet's ministers are chosen by the PM, after consultation with other parties forming the Government coalition, then validated and appointed by the King. As of September 10, 2021, the current government is headed by Aziz Akhannouch, who was appointed by King Mohammad VI after leading the results of the 2021 general election. However, his entire cabinet was initially yet to be formed. On 7 October 2021, the new government of 24 ministers, which included 7 women, was sworn in. (en)
