  • Billy McMillen (født 1927, død 28. april 1975) var en nordirsk republikansk aktivist. Han var et ledende medlem av Den offisielle IRA, og ble myrdet under organisasjonens feide med utbrytergruppen Irish National Liberation Army . McMillen ble født i Belfast. Seksten år gammel, i 1943, meldte han seg inn i IRA. Under organisasjonens Border Campaign 1956–1962 ble han internert, og satt i Crumlin Road fengsel.
