After an Achilles injury in 1977, he failed to hold on to a regular place in the team and, after 99 league appearances and 34 goals for West Ham, moved to Leyton Orient in 1979. Jennings scored 26 goals in 78 appearances for Orient before moving to Luton Town. After 2 substitute appearances for the Hatters, he decided to hang up his boots, although he later played for non-league Dagenham, Bishop's Stortford and Heybridge Swifts. Jennings now works as a football agent and runs Premier Management International, whose clients include current West Ham player Hayden Mullins. (en)
