William Edwin "Billy" Beats (13 November 1871 – 6 April 1936) was an English international footballer from Wolstanton in Staffordshire. Beats won two caps for England in 1901 and 1902 while a player at Wolverhampton Wanderers, for whom he played in the 1896 FA Cup Final. After moving to Bristol Rovers in 1903, Beats won the 1904-05 Southern League championship.
