- Das Biberacher Schützenfest ist ein traditionelles Kinder- und Heimatfest in Biberach an der Riß. Es findet jährlich im Juli, seit 2006 vor den Sommerferien, statt und wurde erstmals 1668 in einem Ratsprotokoll erwähnt. Während seiner neuntägigen Dauer präsentiert sich das Biberacher Schützenfest mit Darbietungen mit historischen Großveranstaltungen, mit Lustbarkeiten und Spielen für die Kinder sowie auch mit Angeboten von Volksfestcharakter. - The "Biberacher Schützenfest" is a Volksfest and the traditional children and home town festival in Biberach an der Riß. It is held annually in July and was mentioned for the first time in an official protocol in 1668. Throughout a duration of 9 days, various large venues are held, mostly with historical background, but as well with modern music and dance. Furtherthermore, there is a strong focus on entertainment for and involvement of children and pupils. At the fair, visitors can enjoy various rides, (local) food stalls, a beer tent and various historical beergardens ("Bierkeller") with live music.Before, during and a short time after the festival, children and teenagers perform the "Schützentheater" with yearly changing, e.g. fary tales from the Brothers Grimm. The upcoming date for the "Biberacher Schützenfest" is 17.-26. July 2020. (en)

Durante una duración de 9 días hay varios espectáculos, la mayoría con fondo histórico, pero también con música y danzas modernas. Además la feria tiene muchas actividades para que niños y alumnos puedan divertirse y participar. En la feria, los visitantes pueden disfrutar varios atracciones, entre ellas atracciones gastronómicas (de comida típica del lugar), una carpa de cerveza y varios cervecerías históricas al aire libre ("Bierkeller") con música en vivo.
