- Bert Reisfeld (* 12. Dezember 1906 in Wien; † 12. Juni 1991 in Badenweiler) war ein österreichischer Komponist. Er komponierte zunächst ernste Musik, dann Unterhaltungsmusik. Er war jüdischer Herkunft und emigrierte 1933 von Berlin nach Frankreich. Ab 1938 lebte er in den USA. Reisfeld schrieb auch deutsche Texte zu englischsprachigen Songs. Beispielsweise Nancy Sinatras These Boots Are Made for Walkin’ als Die Stiefel sind zum wandern, aufgenommen von Eileen und Earl Grants (At) The End (Of A Rainbow) als Jeder Traum hat ein Ende, von Earl Grant selber, Lolita, Roland Kaiser, Udo Jürgens und anderen gesungen. * "It's Oh So Quiet", adapted from the German song "Und Jetzt ist es Still" by Horst Winter,
* "The Three Bells", adapted from the French song "Les trois cloches" by Jean Villard Gilles
* "Baciare Baciare (Kissing Kissing)" by Dorothy Collins. He also co-wrote the instrumental "Morning Mood" with Glenn Miller in 1941 as a trombone solo with piano accompaniment. He also translated "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" into the German "Die Stiefel Sind Zum Wandern" which was recorded by Eileen Goldsen. (en)
