- The Forni della Signoria (Maltese: L-Ifran tas-Sinjurija; English: Bakeries of the Grandmaster) was a bakehouse in Valletta, Malta. It was constructed in the late 16th century by the Order of St John, and it consisted of a number of bakeries which produced bread for the inhabitants of Valletta and the surrounding area, as well as for the Order's garrison and navy. It remained in use by the French and later the British militaries, until a new Royal Naval Bakery was opened in Birgu in 1845. The bakery was subsequently converted into stores, before falling into disrepair. The building was demolished in the early 20th century to make way for . The bakery gave its name to Old Bakery Street, one of the main streets of Valletta. (en)

Fue construido a finales del siglo XVI por la Orden de San Juan, y constaba de una serie de panaderías que producían pan para los habitantes de La Valeta y sus alrededores, así como para la guarnición y la armada de la Orden. Permaneció en uso por los militares franceses y más tarde por los británicos, hasta que se abrió una nueva Royal Naval Bakery en Birgu en 1845. Posteriormente, la panadería se convirtió en tiendas, antes de caer en mal estado. El edificio fue demolido a principios del siglo XX para dar paso a Vincenti Buildings. La panadería dio su nombre a Old Bakery Street, una de las calles principales de La Valeta. (es)

Założona około roku 1584, wytwarzała chleb dla mieszkańców Valletty i okolicznych terenów, oraz dla garnizonu Zakonu oraz jego floty. Służyła też Francuzom, a później Brytyjczykom, aż do otwarcia w Birgu w roku 1845 nowej Royal Naval Bakery. Budynek został następnie przekształcony w magazyny, zanim popadł w stan zaniedbania. W końcu, w latach 30. XX wieku, został zburzony, a na jego miejscu postawiono . Piekarnia dała nazwę jednej z głównych ulic Valletty – Old Bakery Street (ulica Starej Piekarni). (pl)
