- BUNDjugend (Young Friends of the Earth Germany) is the youth organisation of the Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland (BUND). As an environmental youth organization BUNDjugend is fighting for the protection of nature and environment. BUNDjugend was founded in 1984 and is divided into different state organizations. All members of the BUND under the age of 27 are automatically members of BUNDjugend without extra membership fees. At the moment there are approximately 43,000 active members. (en)
