- Η Ανθή Καραγιάννη (γεν. 1981 στην Καβάλα) είναι Ελληνίδα παραολυμπιονίκης και παγκόσμια πρωταθλήτρια στίβου, στους αγώνες δρόμων ταχύτητας και στο άλμα εις μήκος. Έχει κατακτήσει τρία ασημένια (2004) και δύο χάλκινα παραολυμπιακά μετάλλια (2008 και 2012). Αναδείχθηκε παγκόσμια πρωταθλήτρια τρεις φορές το 2006 (100μ, άλμα εις μήκος) και το 2007 (άλμα εις μήκος) και πρωταθλήτρια Ευρώπης το 2007 στο άλμα εις μήκος και τα 100μ. Μετέχει σε παραολυμπιακούς αγώνες στις κατηγορίες Τ13, F13, ατόμων με περιορισμένη όραση. Το 2007 τιμήθηκε με το Βραβείο ΠΣΑΤ καλύτερου Έλληνα αθλητή ή αθλήτριας με αναπηρία (το 2007 ήταν ενιαίο το βραβείο ανδρών-γυναικών). Το στην πόλη της Καβάλας πήρε το όνομά του πρός τιμήν της Ανθής Καραγιάννη το 2004. (el)
- Anthi Karagianni is a Paralympian athlete from Greece competing mainly in category F13 long jump and in sprint events. She competed in the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, Greece where she won silver medals in the T13 100m, T13 400m and F13 long jump. She also competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China. There she won a silver medal in the women's F13 long jump event and competed in the T13 100m and 200m events. In the 2012 Summer Paralympics she took the third place in F13 long jump, winning her fifth medal in the Paralympic Games. The Municipal Stadium "Anthi Karagianni" in her hometown of Kavala, Greece, was renamed in her honour in 2004. (en)
