CLG Naomh Pádraig An Lúb is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in The Loup. The club is a member of the Derry GAA and currently cater for Gaelic football. The club was originally called St. Patrick's Loup, but the name has since been renamed to its Irish language equivalent. Many Derry GAA followers still refer to the club as "The Loup". The club's biggest success is when they won the 2003 Ulster Senior Club Football Championship.
