- Η Αλλατίνη είναι εταιρεία αλέσεως αλευριού, που ιδρύθηκε το 1858 από τον Μωυσή Αλλατίνη και τον αδελφό του στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Η εταιρεία διέθετε δύο κλάδους της βιομηχανίας, την κεραμική και τους αλευρόμυλους. Στα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα, η οικογένεια Αλλατίνη ανήγειρε αλευρόμυλους σε μια μεγάλη βιομηχανική περιοχή της πόλης. Κατά τις επόμενες δεκαετίες η εταιρεία επεκτάθηκε και τη δεκαετία του 1930 οι μύλοι ήταν οι μεγαλύτεροι στα Βαλκάνια. Από τότε, η ιδιοκτησία της εταιρείας άλλαξε πολλές φορές, διατηρώντας όμως το ιστορικό της όνομα. Από το 1988 η εταιρεία ανήκει στον Όμιλο ELBISCO. Οι νέες βιομηχανικές εγκαταστάσεις της βρίσκονται στη Σίνδο. (el)
- Allatini is the name of a historic flour milling company, founded in 1858 by and his brother, in Thessaloniki, Greece. The company had two industry sectors; ceramic production in Charilaou and flour mills in Kalamaria. In the late 19th century, the Allatini family founded the famous Allatini flour-mills, in a large industrial area of the city, near Kalamaria. During the next decades the company was expanded, and in the 1930s the mills were the biggest in the Balkans. Since then, the company's ownership changed many times, but preserving its historic name. Today it is owned by and is notable for its biscuits. Its new industrial facilities are located in Sindos. (en)
