Ah Jook Ku (b. April 24, 1910 Kailua, Hawaii - died August 6, 2007 Honolulu) was an American journalist, reporter, writer, media advocate and public relations practitioner. Ku holds the distinction of being the first Asian American reporter for the Associated Press, as well as the first Asian American female reporter for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. Her nickname was "Jookie."
