- الأمير الدكتور عبد العزيز بن محمد بن عياف آل مقرن ولد بالرِّياض في 1378 هـ 1958م، أمين أمانة مدينة الرياض السابق، تولى منصبه بدأ من سنة 1418 1997م وأعفي من منصبه بتاريخ 4 / 8 / 1433هـ بناء على طلبه، ويشغل حاليا منصب نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الرِّياض الخيرية للعلوم، ورئيس مجلس أمناء جامعة الأمير سلطان، ورئيس مجلس أمناء مركز الملك سلمان للإدارة المحلية. وهو حاصل على دكتوراه في التخطيط العمراني من جامعة بنسلفانيا في ولاية بنسلفانيا بمدينة فيلادلفيا، بنسيلفانيا بأمريكا فكان قبل تولية أمانة مدينة الرياض عضو هيئة تدريس ورئيس قسم التخطيط العمراني بكلية العمارة والتخطيط في جامعة الملك سعود. - Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf Al Muqrin or Al-Migrin (Arabic: عبد العزيز بن محمد بن عياف آل مقرن; born 1958) is a Saudi Arabian architect, philanthropist, politician and a member of the Muqrin clan, from which the ruling family is branched who was the fifth mayor of Riyadh from 1997 till 24 June 2012. He currently serves as the chairman of the board of trustees at Prince Sultan University and King Salman Center for Local Governance and as the vice chairman of the board of directors of the Riyadh Science Foundation.
