Είναι η πρώτη περίοδος που αποτελεί την τρίτη κατηγορία μετά την αναδιάρθρωση των επαγγελματικών πρωταθλημάτων του 2019. Την ευθύνη για τη διοργάνωση του πρωταθλήματος έχει η Ένωση Football League. Το πρωτάθλημα διακόπηκε τον Μάρτιο του 2020 λόγω της πανδημίας του νέου κορονοιού και ματαιώθηκε οριστικά τον Ιούνιο με επικύρωση της παρούσας βαθμολογίας. (el) The 2019–20 Football League Greece was the first season as a third-tier professional league of the Greek football league system since its restructuring and the ninth season under the name Football League after previously being known as Beta Ethniki. This year the participating teams were reduced from 16 to 14. On 2 June 2020, the season was officially ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic with Trikala announced as champions. (en) La Football League 2019-2020 è stata la 45ª edizione del terzo livello del campionato greco di calcio. Il torneo si è disputato anche stavolta con la formula del girone unico. Questo campionato di terzo livello è stato il primo con questa denominazione, infatti, in seguito alla riforma dei campionati, da quest'anno slitta come denominazione per il terzo livello del calcio greco, mentre il secondo livello è stato chiamato Souper Ligka 2, in seguito alla ristrutturazione del campionato greco di calcio.
