- La Milà-Sanremo 2013, 104a edició de la Milà-Sanremo, es disputà el diumenge 17 de març de 2013 sobre un recorregut de 246 km i fou la quarta prova de l'UCI World Tour 2013. Per primera vegada en 31 anys la cursa es disputa en diumenge després que els organitzadors decidissin moure-la per motius logístics. Una important nevada forçà els organitzadors a escurçar la cursa dels 298 quilòmetres inicialment previstos a 246 quilòmetres, eliminant l'ascensió al Pas del Turchino i Le Manie, neutralitzant la cursa i portant els ciclistes en autobús per reprendre la cursa més endavant. Uns quants ciclistes van optar per no reprendre la cursa, entre ells Tom Boonen (Omega Pharma-Quick Step), com a protesta per la decisió de permetre a tots els ciclistes prendre la sortida amb el grup principal, tot hi haver perdut contacte amb aquest abans de la neutralització. El vencedor final fou l'alemany Gerald Ciolek (MTN-Qhubeka), que s'imposà a l'esprint al gran favorit per a la victòria final, Peter Sagan (Cannondale) i a Fabian Cancellara (RadioShack-Leopard), segon i tercer respectivament. - Der 104. Rad-Klassiker Mailand–Sanremo fand am 17. März 2013 statt. Zum ersten Mal in seiner Geschichte wurde das Rennen nicht wie üblich an einem Samstag, sondern an einem Sonntag ausgetragen. Er war Teil der UCI World Tour 2013 und innerhalb dieser das vierte Rennen. Ursprünglich sollte das Rennen auf derselben Strecke wie im Jahr zuvor ausgetragen werden, aber aufgrund von Schneefall auf dem Passo del Turchino wurde das Rennen um 52 auf 246 Kilometer verkürzt. Es siegte der Deutsche Gerald Ciolek vom Südafrikanischen Team MTN Qhubeka. (de)

- The 2013 Milan–San Remo was the 104th running of the Milan–San Remo single-day cycling race. It was held on 17 March over a shortened distance of 246 kilometres (152.9 miles), and was the fourth race of the 2013 UCI World Tour season. For the first time in 31 years, Milan–San Remo was held on a Sunday, after race organisers requested to change and move into line with several of the other Classic races. Heavy snowfall and bad weather forced organisers to shorten the race from 298 kilometres (185.2 miles) to 246 kilometres (152.9 miles) eliminating two key climbs – the Passo del Turchino and Le Manie – and arranging a bus transfer, for the race to begin a second time. A few riders elected not to take the restart, including Omega Pharma–Quick-Step's Tom Boonen, who protested against the decision to let all riders rejoin the main group, despite several riders having lost contact before the race was neutralised. After Boonen's team-mate Sylvain Chavanel and Team Sky rider Ian Stannard had led a reduced peloton over the summit of the final climb, the Poggio di San Remo, a group of six formed on the descent from the Poggio, including pre-race favourites Peter Sagan (Cannondale) and 2008 winner Fabian Cancellara of RadioShack–Leopard. The sextet remained together until the finish, where Gerald Ciolek prevailed in the sprint for MTN–Qhubeka, ahead of Sagan and Cancellara. (en)
- La Milán-San Remo 2013 fue la 104.ª edición de esta clásica ciclista de primavera. Se disputó el domingo 17 de marzo de 2013 por el recorrido habitual de los últimos años de 298 km; sin embargo, finalmente fueron 245 km tras diversas modificaciones sobre la marcha debido a inclemencias meteorológicas respetándose los últimos 85 km de los últimos años. Fue la primera vez que se disputó en domingo, siempre se ha disputado en sábado, debido a razones logísticas y propagandísticas, entre otras. Formó parte del UCI WorldTour 2013. Participaron 25 equipos (los mismos que en la Tirreno-Adriático 2013, más los de categoría Profesional Continental del Androni Giocattoli-Venezuela, IAM Cycling y Bardiani Valvole-CSF Inox). Formando así un pelotón de 200 ciclistas (el límite de ciclistas para carreras profesionales) de 8 corredores cada equipo, de los que acabaron 135. El ganador final fue Gerald Ciolek tras encabezar un grupo de siete corredores. Completaron el podio Peter Sagan y Fabian Cancellara, respectivamente —que fueron los que se mostraron más activos en los últimos kilómetros—. (es)
- La 104e édition de Milan-San Remo a eu lieu le 17 mars 2013. Il s'agit de la 4e épreuve de l'UCI World Tour 2013. Elle a été remportée, dans un sprint en petit comité, par l'Allemand Gerald Ciolek (MTN-Qhubeka) devant le Slovaque Peter Sagan (Cannondale) et le Suisse Fabian Cancellara (RadioShack-Leopard). Ce succès majeur de Ciolek est une surprise puisqu'il devance les deux grands favoris Sagan et Cancellara qui se contentent encore tous les deux d'un accessit. C'est également la première victoire pour une formation africaine dans un des cinq monuments et surtout lors de la première participation. À noter que la course s'est courue sous la neige et la pluie ainsi que sous des températures très basses provocants une interruption et un raccourcissement de la classique. Grâce à sa quatrième place sur l'épreuve, le Français Sylvain Chavanel (Omega Pharma-Quick Step) s'empare de la tête de l'UCI World Tour. (fr)

- 104. edycja wyścigu kolarskiego Mediolan-San Remo odbyła się w dniu 17 marca 2013 roku i liczyła 252 km. Wyścig figurował w rankingu światowym UCI World Tour 2013. Po raz pierwszy od 31 lat wyścig odbył się w niedzielę, a nie w sobotę jak dotychczas. Organizatorzy zostali zmuszeni do zneutralizowania kilkudziesięciu kilometrów trasy włącznie z podjazdem pod Passo Turchino oraz Le Manie, gdzie warstwa białego puchu nie pozwalała na przejazd rowerem szosowym. W wyścigu wzięło udział dwóch Polaków: Michał Kwiatkowski z ekipy Omega Pharma-Quick Step oraz Maciej Bodnar z Cannondale. Obaj nie ukończyli wyścigu. (pl)
