- في صباح يوم 15 مايو 2011، في يوم ذكرى النكبة، صدمت شاحنة عدة سيارات في شارع «بارليف» المزدحم (الطريق السريع 461) في جنوب تل أبيب. نتج عن مقتل شخص وإصابة 17 آخرين. تم التعرف على سائق الشاحنة على أنه اسلام إبراهيم عيسى، وهو سائق شاحنة من كفر قاسم من عرب الـ48 يبلغ من العمر 22 عامًا. بعد عملية الدهس، قُبض عليه ونُقل إلى الشرطة الإسرائيلية لاستجوابه. تعتقد الشرطة الإسرائيلية أن السائق قام بدعس الأشخاص متعمدا، لكن السائق قال إنه مجرد حادث أفقده السيطرة على الشاحنة بعد انفجار أحد إطاراتها. وقالت إذاعة الجيش الإسرائيلي إن تقارير تتحدث عن أن الاصطدام هو هجوم متعمد يأتي في يوم إحياء ذكرى النكبة. وأضافت الإذاعة أن سائق الشاحنة دعس مارةً واصطدم بعدة سيارات في أحد الشوارع بجنوب تل أبيب، واستمر في السير لمسافة نصف كيلومتر وتوقف عند اصطدامه بحافلة ركاب. يشار إلى ان عائلة الشاب نفت ان يكون ما جرى عملية على خلفية وطنية مؤكدة انه مجرد حادث سير، وهذا أيضا ما اكده اسلام عيسى اثناء التحقيق معه مشيرا انه لم يستطيع السيطرة على الشاحنة بعد انفجار أحد اطاراتها. - On the morning of 15 May 2011, on Nakba Day, a terrorist attack was carried out in Tel Aviv. A truck was deliberately rammed into cars and pedestrians at busy "Bar-Lev" street (Highway 461) in the south of the city, killing one person and injuring 17 others. The truck driver was identified as Aslam Ibrahim Isa, a 22-year-old Arab-Israeli man from the city of Kfar Kassem. Immediately after the attack he was arrested and taken to questioning by police. Around 9:35 A.M, beginning at "Mesubim" junction and for 2 kilometers (1.2 miles), Isa shouted "Allahu Akbar!" as he hit with his truck multiple cars, buses, traffic signs, security rails, and some people. Police said a total of 15 vehicles were hit during the attack. The ramming attack ended when the truck crashed into an empty bus near a school. After the crashing, Isa left the truck and reportedly shouted and threw objects at people. He caught a traffic light and hit with it a young girl in the hand. He was arrested by police, and later sentenced to prison. The victim of the attack was Aviv Morag, a 29-year-old man from Givatayim. This was one of a small cluster of terrorist vehicle-ramming attacks in Israel in this period, including the 2008 Jerusalem bulldozer attack, 2008 Jerusalem BMW attack and the 2011 Tel Aviv nightclub attack.
