Zvi Hecker (born May 31, 1931 in Kraków, Poland) is an Israeli architect with his office located in Berlin. He has created sculptural architecture using avant-garde ideas for a wide range of programs. In addition to his architectural production, Zvi Hecker has taught, lectured, exhibited, and published internationally. Through submitting designs to numerous architectural competitions, he has accumulated a substantial oeuvre of exceptional built and unbuilt work.

Other projects are planned less with a grid, for instance with a zig-zag or a conceptual form. His architecture often evokes poetic imagery through architectural metaphor. In these cases, the designed forms resemble concepts associated with the projects in an abstract or symbolic way. Many of his projects have an historical dimension, particularly relating to Jewish history through their site or their program. Zvi Hecker's work is connected with that of several architects making original architecture with a focus on Judaism around the turn of the twenty first century.
