  • 张文康（1940年－），原中华人民共和国卫生部长，上海南汇人。 张中学时期在上海闵行中学就读，1962年毕业于上海第一医学院，后就职于第二军医大学，出任其副校长，1988年获得少将军衔。1990年随前中国国家最高领导人江泽民进京，担任江泽民的保健医生并任解放军总后勤部卫生部副部长。1993年出任卫生部副部长，1998年任部长。2003年“非典”期间因瞒报疫情严重失职，於当年4月被全国人大免去衛生部部長職務。10月，出任宋庆龄基金会副主席，2005年当选为全国政协教科文卫体委员会副主任委员。
