Yvette Maree D'Ath (born 26 July 1970) is an Australian politician. She is an Australian Labor Party member of the Australian House of Representatives since 2007, representing the Division of Petrie. D'Ath won the seat of Petrie for the Labor Party from the Liberal Party at the 2007 federal election. D'Ath was formerly an employee of the Australian Workers Union in Queensland.
