Xerovouni is a mountain in the southern part of the Epirus region covering the northeastern Preveza, the southern Ioannina and the northwestern Arta prefecture. Its maximum elevation is 1,614 m. The GR-5/E55 runs to the west passes to the south and since the early-2000s, the Tymfristos Tunnel which is 1.4 km long runs to the south as well as the mountain curves. Its length is approximately 20 to 25 km and its width is approximately 15 to 20 km.
