The video features the band again on tour in the United States, as in the "Everybody in the Place" video, but this time on the West Coast. There is footage showing local flavour, the band in concert and on the beach. This was the last Prodigy single in a British breakbeat hardcore vein as Howlett felt he needed to take the music in a new direction.

Der übrige Text besteht hauptsächlich aus einem mehrfach wiederholten "Equal rights and justice in this time". Dieses Thema wird auch in dem Video zu Wind It Up aufgegriffen, in dem gegen Beginn der Anfang der Präambel zur Unabhängigkeitserklärung der Vereinigten Staaten eingeblendet wird ("We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal"), später wird ein Obdachloser gezeigt. Ansonsten wechseln sich Szenen ab, die die Band bei Konzerten, an einem Strand etc. zeigen.
