Warwick School is an independent school with boarding facilities (also known as Public school) for boys in Warwick, England. It is the fourth-oldest surviving school in England after King's School, Canterbury, King's School, Rochester and St Peter's School, York. It is the oldest boys-only school in the United Kingdom. It was active in the reign of King Edward the Confessor (reigned 1042–1066) and it is speculated that it existed before this date. Its headmasters have been members of the Headmaster and Headmistresses Conference since 1896.
