VoiceChatter is a free, open source, cross platform, Voice over IP application. It is very similar to other commercial applications like TeamSpeak or Ventrilo. VoiceChatter uses a client-server architecture where different clients connect to the same server in order to speak with each other. VoiceChatter is targeted at gamers, so it is designed to be as light weight as possible without sacrificing sound quality or user friendliness.
