Vikingfjord is sold in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the United States. In the U.S. , it has been marketed since 2002 as a super-premium vodka, and was, in 2006, number 9 among imported vodkas. Vikingfjord won the Gold Medal in the 2006 San Francisco Worlds Spirits Competition in the Unflavored Vodka, 40% category.
