- University of New Brunswick (UNB) - kanadyjski uniwersytet znajdujący się w prowincji Nowy Brunszwik założony w 1785 roku we Fredericton. Sytuacja zmieniła się w 1820 roku, kiedy prezydentem College of New Brunswick został James Somerville. 13 kwietnia 1859 roku, z inicjatywy Williama Needhama, zamknięto College of New Brunswick, a w jego miejsce stworzono University of New Brunswick.
