The pre-compiled routines in the uniPaaS engine automatically manage the brokering of the user interface layer, data layer, communication layer and business logic layer. Supported server environments for uniPaaS are Linux, Windows, UNIX and IBM i. Native database gateways are provided for MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and Pervasive. Other supported protocols and standards include ODBC, MSMQ, JMS, WebSphere MQ, XML, and Web Services.
