Tuktoyaktuk, or Tuktuyaaqtuuq, is an Inuvialuit hamlet located in the Inuvik Region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. Commonly referred to simply by its first syllable, Tuk, the settlement lies north of the Arctic Circle on the shore of the Arctic Ocean. Formerly known as Port Brabant, the community was renamed in 1950 as part of Canada's new trend at that time, changing community names to those originally given by the Native inhabitants.

Die Siedlung liegt auf einer Höhe von rund 5 m ü. d. M. an der zur Beaufortsee gehörenden Kugmallit Bay und ist von einer Vielzahl kleiner Seen umgeben. In den Wintermonaten (etwa ab Weihnachten) besteht über die sogenannten Ice Bridges eine Eisstraßenanbindung nach Inuvik. Im Sommer ist der Ort praktisch nur mit dem Flugzeug erreichbar. Der Ort wird - insbesondere von Truckern, die ihn über die Eisstraße anfahren - auch kurz Tuk genannt.

Le 3 septembre 1995, à des fins publicitaires, la brasserie Molson a convié quelques groupes de rock populaires à donner un concert à Tuktoyuktuk. Pendant quelques mois avant le concert, des stations de radio au travers de l'Amérique du Nord ont fait de la publicité pour le concert Molson en offrant des places. Le réalisateur canadien Albert Nerenberg a fait un documentaire sur ce concert, intitulé Invasion of the Beer People. Dès que la rivière Mac Kenzie est suffisamment gelée, Tuk est accessible depuis Inuvik par la route de glace qui s'étend sur environ 170 km, et ce, jusqu'au début du dégel vers fin avril. Passé cette date, plus aucune voiture ne peut s'y rendre.
