Trisha ("Trish") Nicole Dykstra née Fallon is an Australian basketball player in the Australian Women's National Basketball League and the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) in the United States. She also participated in the Australian National Team during the three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996 including as captain at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Fallon was selected by the Minnesota Lynx in the second round (19th pick overall) of the 1999 WNBA Draft.
