Er enthält erstens einen 32-Bit-Mikrocontroller, zweitens einen Mikroprozessor mit so genanntem reduzierten Befehlssatz und drittens einen DSP-Controller für die Anbindung einer Sensor-Umgebung oder weiterer Schnittstellen (Interfaces). Des Weiteren enthält der Chip einen zweiten Peripheriecontroller, um die CPU von Speicherbewegungen und einfachen Funktionen zu entlasten.
