The Treaty of Namslau or Namysłów, also known as the Peace of Namslau, was a peace treaty between King Charles IV of Bohemia and King Casimir III of Poland. It was signed at Namslau (Namysłów), Silesia, on 22 November 1348. With the restoration of a Polish king in 1295, the kingdoms of Bohemia and Poland disputed sovereignty over the duchies of Silesia.

The peace treaty of Namslau affirmed previous meetings in Trentschin (1335), Cracow (1339), and Prague (1341). In the Namslau treaty, Casimir renounced all Polish claims on Silesia, in return for Charles renouncing all Bohemian claims on the Polish throne. After the 1368 death of Bolko, all of Silesia passed to the Bohemian crown.

Da nach der Erneuerung des Königtums in Polen, 1295, auch die polnischen Könige ihre Rechte auf die Oberherrschaft in Schlesien geltend machten, kam es zwischen Böhmen und Polen zu Auseinandersetzungen, die mit dem Frieden von Namslau ein Ende fanden. Nach dem Tod Herzogs Bolko, 1368, gelangte auch das Herzogtum von Schweidnitz-Jauer unter böhmische Herrschaft und damit die gesamte Provinz Schlesien.
