The car features column shift automatic and a split bench seat in the front, centrally-mounted instruments and the 1,300 cc 2NZ engine from the Vitz/Yaris on which it is based.
  • Als Nachfolger des erfolglosen WiLL Vi präsentierte der japanische Automobilhersteller Toyota im August 2002 den Fünf-Sitzer WiLL VC. Die Zielsetzung des Vorgängers wurde beibehalten, das Konzept hingegen leicht abgeändert. Aus dem Stufenheckmodell machte Toyota nun einen Steilheck (Hatchback). Der Retrolook wurde gegen einen modischen Pin-Up-Stil eingetauscht. Folgende Motoren standen zur Wahl: 1.3l 2WD (NCP70): 2NZ-FE mit einem Hubraum von 1298 cm³ und einer Leistung von 87 PS 1.5l 4WD (NCP75): 1NZ-FE mit einem Hubraum von 1496 cm³ und einer Leistung von 105 PS Im März 2003 änderte Toyota den Modellnamen in WiLL Cypha (einer Zusammensetzung aus Cyber und Phaeton). Gleichzeitig wurde das bislang optionale Navigationssystem eine Standardausstattung. Im von März bis Juli 2003 erhältlichen Sondermodell WiLL Cypha G-BOOK verwendete Toyota das G-BOOK-System, welches nur mit monatlichem Leasingvertrag über die Händlerorganisation Netz angemietet werden konnte. Im Monatsvertrag erhalten waren eine Freisprechanlage, Handy sowie das Navigationssystem. Im April 2004 wurde die Produktion des Will Cypha ohne Nachfolger eingestellt.
