Bligh Boarding House was built in 2006, which exclusively serves year 6 boys. Founders Boarding House was built and completed by 2007 for the year 6 girls. In 2006 Prep finished constructions of the new boarding house and refurbished library. In 2006 Prep underwent construction on its new health centre. In 2006 the school also went under construction once again renewing boarding houses. Two new class rooms have been recently built with air conditioning and electronic white boards. The school's legal entity is The Corporation of the Synod of the Diocese of Brisbane.
