Too Much Texas were a band from Abingdon, Oxfordshire, formed in the mid-eighties, and soon relocating to Manchester. They released one single on Uglyman Records, which had previously released the original version of Black's hit single Wonderful Life and which was later home of I Am Kloot and Elbow. TMT supported the likes of New Order, The House of Love and The Beloved, they released a retrospective record called Juvenilia on Newmemorabilia Records on April 1st 2006.
