Tom (Thomas) Willighan was an Irish football player. He was capped twice for the Ireland national football team. Willighan was born in Belfast, Ireland on March 221903. He played football for Burnley in the 1930s and twice represented Ireland in before injury ended his career. On 7 Dec 1932, he was a defender in the 4-1 defeat to Wales at Wrexham and on September 16 1933 he was in the starting XI that beat Scotland 2-1 in Glasgow.
