Vanwege een hersentumor overleed Timi Yuro 30 Maart, 2004 63-jarige leeftijd thuis in haar slaap. Ze liet haar man Robert en haar dochter Milan achter. Volgens haar wens werd haar as uitgestrooid over het graf van haar ouders in Cicero (Illinois).
