The Weeks are an alternative/emo rock band from Jackson, Mississippi. The band was formed by Cain Barnes (drums, percussion), Chaz Lindsay (vocals, rhythm guitar, vibroslap), Cyle Barnes (lead vocals), Damien Bone (bass), and Sammy D (lead guitar, glockenspiel, piano, vocals). The band signed to the Esperanza Plantation label, with the debut album, Comeback Cadillac, released in July 2008. The album blended southern rock and emo, and featured a duet with labelmate Allie Peden on "Sailor Song".
