The Popeye Show (2001-2003) is a Cartoon Network TV show that premiered on November 11, 2001.. Each episode would include three completely unedited Popeye theatrical shorts from Max Fleischer and/or Famous Studios. The show was narrated by Bill Murray, not to be confused with the actor who starred in such films as Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day. Murray would give the audience small tidbits about the history of the cartoons as filler material between each short.
